Very quiet, comfortable room. Super charming, clean. Great location. Secure public parking. Beautiful old building. Lovely pedestrian street. Dog friendly. Wine on honor system.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a night and I must say, it was a great experience. This place has an amazing location which is right in the heart of the city. Since it is located within the pedestrian zone of the old city center, you can find a lot of great restaurants and shops here. Also, it is on the shopping street which is always a good point for me. The hotel staff here is very helpful and polite. They even arranged for a late check-in for me. The room amenities provided were great and I loved the soundproofed rooms, which enabled me to get a good night's sleep.

This venue provides great services and amenities. I would highly recommend it to all my family and friends who plan to visit this city.

Excellent location in old downtown. Overlooking a cemetery, full of charm. Booked an apartment with 2 rooms for young children. Recently renovated. Honour system for bar in downstairs lounge.

We absolutely loved the location of this place! Situated right next to a charming shopping street and a beautiful church with incredibly loud bells, it was a delight to explore the area. The fact that it is a pedestrian street meant that it was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Additionally, the hotel is just a short 5-minute walk away from the old town, making it convenient to visit all the attractions.

I had an amazing stay at a centrally located hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. The hotel provided free croissants, coffee, and hot chocolate throughout the day. The staff was helpful and English speaking. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the main old town area, making it easy to walk to the city's main attractions. Great stay during Easter! The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions and amenities. We enjoyed having two supermarkets right around the corner and a pedestrian road with local bars right at our doorstep. The complimentary coffee/tea 24/7 was a nice touch and the breakfast menu had a good variety, including tasty wurst and different types of bread. Plus, the staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing for a late check-in.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making us feel like we were transported back in time to Mozart's era. The hotel is located in the centre of the old town, on a charming street filled with lots of shops, cafes, and several restaurants. It was the perfect location for exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere. the hotel is very close to the Mirabell gardens, which have all the Sound of Music connections, adding an extra touch of excitement to our visit.
